[An update for MetaxuCafe readers… Unless I get additional questions, I won’t post again here.  Just wanted to be sure readers here knew the length changed to 500 words max from 250.  -J ]

I’ve already started to receive entries for the contest!  Frankly, I didn’t expect any so Wow!  Thanks to all of you sending in entries.

A couple of common questions came up so I thought I would post so responses:

Q. Does the story really need to be 250 words?  Can it be a wee bit longer?
A. Ok, I caved on this one.  Up to 500 words, but really, no longer than that or I might not be able to read them all before Christmas Eve.

Q. Is there an entry fee?
A. Nope.

Q. Can I submit more than one?
A. That question usually comes right after “is there a fee”.  The answer of course is yes but I’ll tell you that if you send in 10 I might not read them all in order to give others ample chance at the prizes.

Q. Do you need help reading?
A. Not yet.  I have some folks who are going to help me out, but I really appreciate the offers!
