About “Blake Radcliffe”

Profession: Editor

location: New York

Words Without Borders is an online magazine for literature in translation that undertakes to promote international communication through publication of the world?s best writing ? selected and translated by a distinguished group of writers, translators, and publishing professionals. We also serve as an advocacy organization for literature in translation, producing events that feature the work of foreign writers and working with print and broadcast media to foster a cultural engagement and exchange that allows voices in many languages to prosper. As part of a large educational initiative, we are developing curricular units, reading lists, and lesson plans for high school and college use (if interested in our educational outreach projects, please contact us at wwbinfo@bard.edu). Our monthly publications of fiction, nonfiction, poetry and contextual essays are continually available online and searchable by author, title, country, language, region, and environment. Visit our site to participate in discussions with an international group of literary bloggers and forums on great works of international literature and translation and publishing issues. Please sign up for our free monthly newsletter at www.wordswithoutborders.org.

Searching Member Sites
I’ve recently added a search function so that you can limit your Google search to just the blogs that are members of MetaxuCafe. I think that will be a good resource for everyone looking for literary topics online and you’ll find it right on the front page as well as other places on the site. Now if you want to read about, say Orhan Pamuk, but only want to search the litblogs you trust, you can narrow your search right here.
